Please start by doing this online introduction to officiating. It is an online course.

Then register for NEW course below. Under 16 by December 31, 2025 is New Level 1. 16 or older by December 31, 2025 is NEW level 2.

Participant assessment fee is for officials who are not playing or coaching in minor hockey. It is an insurance. Those who are playing/coaching already have it. Thanks!
