Roster Requirements
Each team must submit an official Hockey Canada Roster (HCR) as part of the application. Rosters may be submitted once team selections are complete. Only players listed on the approved HCR are eligible to participate, including affiliate players. Any changes to the submitted roster must be approved in advance of the tournament.
As stated in BC Hockey Regulation 3.34: “All players playing for any team in any sanctioned tournament must be properly registered with that team in accordance with the regulations of Hockey Canada, BC Hockey, District Association, and local Association, League, or Team as applicable.” It is essential that all players are properly rostered to avoid penalties. Coaches and team managers may face suspension for allowing ineligible players to participate.
Withdrawals and Refunds
If a team withdraws after being accepted, a refund will only be issued if the vacant spot can be filled. In that case, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $200 administrative fee. If the spot is not filled, no refund will be given.

By registering for a tournament, your team agrees to follow all tournament rules and conditions. NOMHA is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, or loss.
