At North Okanagan Minor Hockey Association, we exist to inspire and develop young people through the game of hockey. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and family-centered environment where every player is valued, supported, and given the opportunity to grow—on and off the ice.
We are committed to a player-first philosophy that prioritizes long-term athlete development, fair play, teamwork, and respect. We believe hockey should build confidence, character, and a lifelong love of the game, while creating positive experiences that place fun, development, and sportsmanship at the core of everything we do.
Guided by the values of Hockey Canada and Hockey BC, we promote integrity, accountability, diversity, and inclusion. We recognize that families, volunteers, and our broader community are essential partners in our success, and we are committed to open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.
