Tournament payment options: Payments can be made by cheque or E-Transfers, Cheques payable to North Okanagan Minor Hockey Association mailed to our address. E-Transfers can be sent to treasurer@nomha.com. * Please include in the notes section of the transfer your team name and tournament payment is for.

Please see the note below regarding tournaments:.  

Applications will not be accepted without an official Hockey Canada Team Roster (HCR).  ***rosters can be submitted as soon as the team selection is completed***  Any players attending the tournament that are not on the HCR approved roster are not eligible to participate in tournament.  This includes any affiliated players.  ANY CHANGES FROM REGULAR ROSTER MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT. 

Please refer to BC Hockey Reg 3.34  -  "All players playing for any team in any sanctioned tournament must be properly registered with that team in accordance with the regulations of Hockey Canada, BC Hockey, District Association, and local Association, League or Team as applicable." You should have no teams attending tournaments without players properly rostered to the team.  This puts the Coaches and Managers in jeopardy of facing suspensions for playing ineligible players. 

Withdrawal from any tournament after acceptance, will result in a refund of the registration fee, less a $200.00 admin fee IF the vacant position is filled.  If the vacant position is not filled, no refund will be given. 

We (the team registering) realize that by registering, we acknowledge the rules and conditions set by the Tournament and that NOMHA assumes no responsibility for accident, injury or property damage or loss.  Any damage to locker rooms will be reported to your association for payment.  This Tournament is sanctioned by BC Hockey. 

Teams from outside Canada must pay extra $175 insurance fee.
