NOMHA Official of the Month – October

Carter started his refing career back when he was a teen took some time off and now is back and hitting the ice with the stripes

We have noticed carters great personality and eager to learn. We are very thankful for him and him taking the time to mentor and help out our new refs when it’s their first game.

Carter has stepped up and helped our association out in some tight squeezes with games. Thank you for everything that you have done and for giving our association your time we appreciate you !
